Our online retail operation is aimed at supplying exemplary service at competitive prices. We would like to make it clear that some of the items sold in-store are not available to purchase on the Internet. Goods sold on the Internet are not available for trial prior to purchase.

Despatch of goods is usually made with 24 hours of order placement, but occasionaly can be longer. If an order is going to take more than 3 working days to ship out, we will send you an email.

If you are paying by debit/credit card, deliveries can only be made to the registered address of the cardholder, unless a prior and authorised arrangement has been made.

Should there be an error in pricing, we reserve the right the cancel the order or supply at a mutually agreed price. 

The courier currently contracted to this company are Federal Express. All goods are insured against loss or accidental damage.

Security

To ensure that your debit/credit card is not being used without your consent, we will validate your details given during the order process with a third party database and by accepting the aforementioned terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made with a third party credit reference agency. Please note this is only to confirm your identity. All information imparted will be treated securely and in accordance with of Data Protection 1998.

Cancellation of Order

You have the right to cancel the sale for up to seven days from receipt of goods without penalty subject to the following -

  1. The goods must not be damaged or marked in any way.
  2. The goods returned must be in original and complete packaging, including all accessories as supplied.
  3. Cancellation must be in writing to 7-11 Park Lane, Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE8 3JW
  4. A full refund cannot be given for incomplete, damaged or marked goods returned.
  5. Special orders or customised items cannot be returned unless defective upon receipt.
  6. The cost of returning cancelled goods will be at your expense. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance cover for loss or damage.

Incomplete Delivery/Damaged Goods

Upon arrival please check all units for damage and that the delivery is complete. Should any item be damaged or missing please contact our sales line (0191 47741167 Option 1) within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Complaints

Should you have any complaints or concerns as to the way in which your transaction has been handled please contact Tony Gascoigne M.D. who will endeavour to resolve your concerns swiftly and efficiently.

Lintone Audio Ltd. will endeavour at all times to protect your security and identity. No information will be passed onto any third party in the absence of content.

Goods Returned Under Warranty

New goods returned faulty within the warranty period will be paid for by Lintone Audio Ltd. However, should the goods after checking prove not to be faulty, the company reserves the right to recover transportation costs incurred. Therefore, please discuss the nature of the potential fault with our sales staff (0191 4774167 Option 1) prior to return. We will arrange for our courier to the collect the defective goods on a mutually convenient weekday.

Goods returned under warranty and found to have been damaged through misuse or abuse will be charged for.

May we remind you, a high percentage of transit damage is created by insufficient or incorrect packaging. Please ensure that all returns are well protected and boxed as the courier may refuse to collect or accept responsibility for damage incurred. We would therefore respectfully suggest that you should keep all packaging for the duration of the warranty period. 

 We will notify you once the goods are repaired and ready for despatch and arrange a redelivery date on a convenient weekday of your choice. If you require redelivery on a Saturday a surcharge will be incurred.
