Once you have placed all of the items you wish to purchase into your shopping basket you will need to either register your details (if you are a new customer) or login (if you are a returning customer).
All of the details entered are not passed on to any third party company or organisations.

Once you have created your account and have successfully logged in you can complete the checkout process by securely entering your credit/debit card details. If you would prefer not to enter your card details online your order can be submitted via telephone by called our sales line on 0191 4774167 (Option 1).
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email.
Upon the shipment of your order you will receive an email containing tracking information. The couriers current contracted to this company are Interlink Express and Federal Express. All goods are insured against loss or accidental damage.
Deliveries can only be made to the registered address of the credit/debit cardholder.
